躊躇して。(Don’t Hesitate)

When I was young, I learned that death was random and permanent. As such, I have a tendency to say what I’m thinking or what I’m feeling. I am not a subtle person. Because I know that tomorrow may never arrive. I am not shy or secretive either. Life is too short for that.

The photo above is of a room at our university hospital in the transplant clinic. It has a list of people who donated their organs to save the lives of other people. Sometimes, I like to sit there and reflect. That room is beautiful and sad. It is also a reminder to me - if you have a dream, follow it. If you love someone, tell them. Don’t hesitate.
